PLUG OR POT?

We grow many of our native plants in 2.25" wide x 5" deep plug trays.  The vertical ridges of the tray direct the roots downward and prevent the circling of roots into a root-bound mass. An opening at the bottom of the plug keeps the roots air-pruned, enabling quick growth when planted.

5" plugs can easily compete with larger pots for 1st-season growth.

When you order 5" plugs, some of your plants may be in 2.5"W x 3.5"H pots.

Plants can also be purchased in 4" pots. (3.75 L x 3.75 W x 3.25 H)
